This season has fresh peach, grey, and aqua colors with geometric prints like Sails and Summer Ferns mixed with season specific Tropical Leaves print. And the addition of solids makes layering even easier.
There is still plenty of rain to fall in California and while it is much needed and welcomed, it's okay to long for those sunnier days to come. We are thinking about perfectly warm weather for wearing these Spring/Summer pieces by Loup.
Designed by Danielle Ribner and manufactured in New York City's garment district, Loup has a distinct style that combines modern shapes with a nostalgic French twist. This season showcases crinkle cottons, denim, chambray, and Ikat in an Americana (uh or French) color palette.
Here are some pieces looking oh so cute on the Loup model (with her amazing hair) that we will have in the shop and online in February and March.

Our exclusive designs for Dandelion Post by Hackwith Design House.
Based in Minneapolis, MN, Lisa Hackwith of HDH creates designs specifically for the boutiques in which they are sold and sews them using fine deadstock fabrics found around the world. We put together a blush, black, and olive story for this collection and chose designs that have a classic feel that pair nicely with each other and other Dandelion Post's designers. When the air gets crisp, cozy sweaters and soft layers become important wardrobe staples. These are some of our favorites for this season.
The Washed Plaid Button Down (available in-store only) is soft with a double layer of fabric for warmth. It's easy to wear with any skirt or pants. We show it with equally soft Genetic Denim Leaf Flairs.
The Sweater Poncho looks great layered over a tee, sleeveless mock turtle neck, or a solid colored dress. We coupled it with the Lazy Long Tee made out of eucalyptus, Genetic Denim Flairs, Open Half Circle Necklace, and Chestnut Leather Tote.
It doesn't get more comfortable than joggers that are perfect for walking the dog or running errands. We matched the Essential Jogger with the coordinating Essential Sweatshirt and Calico Crew Socks for a cute lounge-around-the-house look.

Oakland artist and floral designer, Nicole Shaffer, created a line of home decor called Felt Pen Colors that is now available at Dandelion Post. She used a marbling technique on wood and fabric for this collection of wall planters, containers, and wall art. Her work will be featured at the store for the month of September. You can follow her creative vision on instagram @feltpencolors. See the full collection.
