Shipping Policy

All orders placed on Dandelionpost.com will ship within 3 business days, pending item availability and payment verification, via USPS. Orders will not be processed on holidays.  

Once the merchandise is in the carrier's hands, we assume no risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Dandelion Post is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. 

Online return policy

Sometimes it just doesn’t work out. We accept returns on regular priced clothing and shoes that meet these requirements:

  • Return is initiated by the customer within 7 days of delivery date.
  • The item(s) is new, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed in it’s original packaging with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box without damage (including from packing tape). Discretion will be used to determine whether the item was worn or not. If deemed it is not in new condition when returned, the item will be returned to customer.

If the requirements above are met, we can offer an exchange (when inventory is available) or a full refund (less the cost of shipping).

  • The item(s) is new, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed in it’s original packaging with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box without damage (including from packing tape). Discretion will be used to determine whether the item was worn or not. If deemed it is not in new condition when returned, the item will not be eligible for a return/exchange.

If the requirements above are met, we can offer an exchange (when inventory is available), store credit, or a full refund.


Received an item as a gift?

You can exchange an item or receive store credit with proof of purchase by gift receipt within 14 days of receipt. 

The item(s) is new, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed in it’s original packaging with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box without damage (including from packing tape). Discretion will be used to determine whether the item was worn or not. If deemed it is not in new condition when returned, the item will not be eligible for a return/exchange.
