Sometimes it just doesn't work out. If you need to return an item from your online order, we are happy to refund full-priced items within 7 days of the date it was received. All items must have proof of purchase and be in their original condition—unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all tags attached. In addition, a receipt/gift receipt must accompany all returns. Discretion will be used to determine whether the item was worn or not. If deemed it is not in new condition when returned, the item will be returned to customer.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.
All sale and vintage items are FINAL SALE, Dandelion Post will not offer refunds or exchanges for these items.
