Online return policy
Sometimes it just doesn’t work out. We accept returns on regular priced clothing and shoes that meet these requirements:
- Return is initiated by the customer within 7 days of delivery date.
- The item(s) is new, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed in it’s original packaging with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box without damage (including from packing tape). Discretion will be used to determine whether the item was worn or not. If deemed it is not in new condition when returned, the item will be returned to customer.
If the requirements above are met, we can offer an exchange (when inventory is available) or a full refund (less the cost of shipping).
Initiating a return
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name and order number.
- Once confirmed by us, please ship back the item(s) to the address below within 2 business days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Your refund will be processed once the item(s) is received at our shop.
